To create a unique superhero for each department, we first needed to understand what defined them. Since face-to-face meetings were impossible during the pandemic, we developed an online form for department heads to choose or write three superpowers they envisioned gaining in 2020.
Each option had a humorous caption, which was a hit— we received all responses in under a week, giving us everything we needed to start building the super team.

Installing Super-Heroes in EDP Global Solutions headquarters
The movie was such a success that we were asked to fill the company headquarters with their superheroes.
After quarantine, and just before employees returned to the office, we visited each floor and department of Global Solutions, mounting the superhero characters on the walls.
